He was predeceased by: his wife Bennie Jane McNeill; and his parents, Nettye Maye and James H. McNeill. He is survived by: his brother Jack G. McNeill (Kelly) of Houston; his children, Anna C. McNeill and Jim McNeill of Nederland; his grandchildren, Ashley McNeill of Nederland, Morgan Sauceda (Jonhy) of Orange and Jordan McNeill (Cara) of Port Neches; his nieces and nephews, Dawn McNeill, Rhine McNeill, Jeff McNeill (Sandra) of Houston and Brad McNeill (Yvette) of Merida, Mexico; and his great grandchildren, Noah of Port Neches, Tripp of Port Neches and Payton Jane McNeill of Port Neches.
