Holmes; her children, Valetra Cannon Bradley (Randy Bradley) of League City, Regina Cannon Rutherford (Steve Rutherford) of Winnie and John Lee Cannon of Nederland; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sandel (Jeff) of Seabrook, Katelyn Webb (Rob) of Tennessee, Emily Davis (Matt) of Angleton, Josh Rutherford (Alicia) of Beaumont, Kara Permenter (Aaron) of Hamshire, Stevi Rutherford of Winnie, Brenden Cannon of Austin, Brooke Cannon of Round Rock and Chloe Cannon of Port Neches, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Braden Felcman, Carter Felcman, Hudson Felcman, Londyn Webb, Autumn Webb, Kennedi Davis, Reece Davis, Cannon Rutherford, Malachi Rutherford, McCoy Permenter, Hattie Permenter, Royce Permenter, Christina Henry of League City, Ashlyn Sandel of Seabrook and Rhyan Sandel of Seabrook.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to Wesley Methodist Church in Nederland.
