He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alethea Kitchens Hill and Benjamin Floyd Hill; and his brother Robert Hill. He is survived by: his wife Lora Elaine Sanders Hill of Nederland; his children, Eric Hill of Nederland and Lena Bernard of Flower Mound, Texas; his siblings, Vance Hill, Herman Hill and Desi May Garner; and his grandchildren, Abbie Lane Hill, Logan Douglas Hill, Gabriel Paul Hill, Ivy Rae Bernard, Kyli Sage Hill, Adam Jay Neel and Bethashleigh Lovett.
In lieu of flowers the family strongly suggests that "Memorial Contributions" be made to a charity of choice.
