It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Ruth Fontaine of Nederland, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester O'Neal Bethel and Betty Ruth Bethel (Simpson); and her husband Robert Barry Fontaine. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Showalter and Shane Fontaine; her grandchildren, Lane Welch (Abbie), Kailey Showalter and Karly Showalter; and her sisters, Debbie Foreman (Roger) and Deanna Morgan (Kenneth).
