She was predeceased by: her parents, Zula Mae McClain Belton and Benny Buford Belton, Jr.; and her siblings, Beverly Brau, Jan Luquette and Benny Belton III.
She is survived by: her husband James Welch; her children, Stacey Pady (Scott), Kristina Ward (Daniel) and James Ryan Welch (Shawnee); her granddaughter Kirsten Morrison (Austin); her children, Lauren James, Dylan Ward, Kaitlyn Pady and Jaxson Pady; and her sisters, Fran Lovelace (Ronnie) and Carolyn Myers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broussard's Mortuary (505 N 12th St, Nederland, TX 77627). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Broussard's (505 N 12th St, Nederland, TX 77627). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
