He is survived by: his mother Eunice Ruth Lynd Day of Nederland; his wife Wanda Clark Day of Nederland; his daughters, Denise Day of Bridge City and Amber Bruno (Jude) of Vinton, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Hannah Self (Destrey) of Lufkin and Hadden Lummus of Hemphill, Texas; his siblings, Joseph Eugene Day (Belinda) of Livingston, Mark Steven Day (Karen) of Colmesneil and Marla Ruth Miller (Glenn) of Hemphill, Texas; his grandchildren, Hunter Day of Bridge City and Luca Bruno of Vinton; and his stepgrandchildren, Ainsley Self of Lufkin and Haddleigh Lummus of Hemphill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
