It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Terrell of Nederland, Texas, born in Garrison, Texas, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Irine Dews Terrell and Virgil Clinton Terrell; and his siblings, A. C. Terrell, Larry Joe Terrell and Wanda Jean Terrell.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Terrell of Nederland; his children, Tim Terrell (Ashley) and Tammy Terrell Hoover; his grandchildren, Ryan Terrell (Natalie), Haley Gothia (Hunter), Holly Terrell, Kyler Terrell, Eva Terrell, Abby Hoover and Jeff Hoover; and his great grandchildren, Cannon, Collin Terrell and Emily Gothia.
