He was predeceased by: his parents, Alda Oliver Glaze and Lonzie Glaze; and his sister Barbara Glaze Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Arens Glaze of Nederland; his sons, Michael Glaze (Tammy) of Port Neches and Jeffrey Glaze (Bambi) of Nederland; his grandchildren, Lane Glaze, Payton Glaze, Collin Glaze, Kitti Broussard and Xander Glaze; and his great grandchildren, Felix Broussard and Kat Broussard.
