She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardelia Geoffrey and Horace Paul Girouard; her husband Alex Foreman; her siblings, Murphy Dugas and Rhona Dore; and her grandson David Foreman Molina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Schroeder (Don) of Spring, Kay White (Greg) of Nederland, Alexa Roork (David) of Sour Lake, Diana Alvis (Randy) of Vidor and Darlie Molina (David) of Fannett; her brother Leon P. Girouard (Juanita) of Nederland; her niece Sabrina King; and her nephew Troy Jones. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
