“Being with Stratton and being a part of his life was an honor. to call him a friend meant a lot and to me it meant the whole world to spend time with him. our love for Whataburger, music, and especially hoodies will always be stored in my mind. i loved Stratton like a brother and saw him as the same. i wish i could give him one last handshake, hug, or even a pat on the back. he was always a voice of encouragement and a light in my life. I look forward to the day we get to see each other again.”

“I may not have known Stratton that well, but I knew him well enough to call him a friend. It is sad to see him depart from this world, but as a Christian and as someone who saw the way he lived I am overjoyed to say that I know he is in a place free of suffering, and free of pain. He is in a place of love, a place where he can live on in happiness. He is at home in the loving arms of God. I will be praying for your continued healing and comfort. Stratton will surely be missed.”
