With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Moore of Navasota, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on November 1, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom J Moore and Bernadine Moore; his former wife Diane Moore; his sisters, Annette Moore and Grace Payne; and his grandson Thomas Scott Moore.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Moore (Gail); his wife Judy Moore; his children, Gwen Jones (Kevin), Suzanne Rother (Randy) and Matt Moore (Terri); his brother-in-law Billy Payne; his grandsons, Britt Jones, Ben Jones, Matthew Rother, Mark Jones, Luke Rother, Robert Jones, Jonathan Moore, Caleb Bartel, Kyle Horgan and Sam Kelly; and his cousin Jerry Moore. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Navasota (301 Church St., Navasota, TX 77868). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Oakland Cemetery (801 6th St, Navasota, TX 77868).
