We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 75, Sylvester J. Karonka of Navasota, Texas, born in Anderson, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Karonka and Ella Karonka (Sechelski); and his siblings, Floyd Karonka, Liz Leatherwood, Arch Karonka and John Karonka.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Michele Karonka), Steven (Lesley Karonka) and Craig (Amanda Karonka); his close friend Janet Nobles of Navasota; his sister Vicki Stark of Woodville; and his grandchildren, Kirstie, Kendell, Ashlynn, Anna, Tristin, Hannah, Hallie, Camdyn and Luke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
