He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Olan Seal and Bennie Lee McCook Seal; his siblings, Grace Joree Chadwick (Seal) and Daniel Seal; and his nephew Bill Chadwick.
He is survived by: his foster son James M. Kemp; his daughter-in-law Linda Kemp; and his grandson James Kemp Seal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
