He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ellis Lawrence and Juanita Phillips; and his siblings, Hubert, Wayne and Linda Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly (Charlie Quebe) and Kevin Lawrence; his grandchildren, Cameron of Dickinson, Kayden of Dickinson and Carson Quebe of Dickinson; his close friend Carolynn Katkoski of Navasota; his grandchildren, Peyton (Ryan Fields) of Walton, KY. and Grace; his grandson-in-law Rob Reuther of Naples; his grandchild Callan Katkoski of Navasota; his pet Cali; and also, Wanda Spradlin of Huntsville, Kim Angel of Ft. Mitchell and Jason Katkoski of Navasota. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christ Our Light Catholic Church (9677 Hwy 6, Navasota, TX 77868). A vigil service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of usual remembrances the family suggests memorials in Roger's name to Huntsville High School Ex-Student Association Scholarship Fund, HHSESA, PO Box 8355, Huntsville, TX 77340-8355 or a favorite charity that supports veterans. [JK1].
