He was predeceased by: his parents, David Griffin and Jessie Griffin; his brothers, David Griffin and Boyd; and his sister-in-law Kay Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Robert Griffin, Jr. (Erica) and Lori Griffin; his grandchildren, PawPaw, Kylar Lovelady, Cameron Griffin, Leah Griffin, Raven Griffin, Faith Carpenter, Ariel Carpenter and Colby Burrell; and his brother Mike Griffin (Wanda). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
