He was predeceased by: his parents, Stash Vezorak and Pricilla Vezorak (Kominczak). He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Merdian; his daughters, Julie and Jill Vezorak; his grandchildren, Cortney Alfaro, Alex Barnett, Makoy Barnett, Ashton Barnett and Brylee Barnett; the mother of his children Brenda Vezorak; and his grandson Daniel Barnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Philip's name be made to The Navasota Evening Lions Club, P. O. Box 68; Navasota, TX 77868.
