He is survived by: his wife Evette Fannin Butler; and his sons, Elias and Ezra Butler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nobles Funeral Chapel (402 Blackshear St, Navasota, TX 77868). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Central Church (1991 FM158, College Station, TX 77845).
