He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lara and Ramona Rodriguez Lara; and his sister Mary Ruth Lara. He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Lara of Minnesota, Santos Lara of Wellborn, Joe Lara of Plantersville, Tony Lara of Millican, Nicholas Lara of Millican, Louis Lara of Richards, Anita Lara of Millican, Angie Lara of Millican and Dora Lara of Millican. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other relatives and a great number of friends.
