It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Vasek of Navasota, Texas, born in Moulton, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Joseph and Helen Lillie Zidek Vasek; his parents-in-law, Wilma and Arthur Lindskov; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Lindskov and Joseph Panus.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Jeffrey Leon Vasek of Navasota and Virginia Vasek Bosse (Kevin Bosse) of Brenham; his grandchildren, Victoria Grace Bosse (Samuel McElreath) of Brenham and Ben William Bosse of Brenham; his sisters, Leonita Panus of Shiner, Judy (Kenneth Lindskov), Marsha (Roger Weiss) and Cindy (A. J. Lindskov); and his caregivers, Rebecca Lattimore, Lilly Webb, Rosie Turner and Jocelyn Scurry.
