He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jane; his parents, Floyd Fougeron and Ethel Fougeron; his siblings, Evelyn Collins, Ruth Helen Fougeron, Myron and Charles Fougeron; and his son-in-law Wayne "Todd" Newman.
He is survived by: his children, Nadine Morris (George), Stephen Fougeron, Natalie Newman, Debora Williams (Bobby), Teresa Neal (Ken) and Barbara Sico (Craig); his brother Glen Fougeron; and his pet Foxy. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
