With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Alexander of Navasota, Texas, who passed away on November 13, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though George may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Alexander and Valeria Alexander; and his siblings, Sophie Snyder, Elizabeth Kubezcka, Verna Luchak and Ray Alexander.
He is survived by: his son Greg Alexander; his sister Mary Ann Newhouse; his significant other Jeraldine Self; his grandsons, Dusten Alexander and Bailey Alexander; and his stepdaughter Lisa Wilson (Steve Wilson). He is also survived by other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel (1101 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
