He is survived by: his wife Brenda Santoy Meekins; his children, Thomas Acosta-Meekins, Anthony Acosta-Meekins, Swacie Meekins and Krysten (Christopher Ramos); his brother Cecil; his sister-in-law Melissa Meekins; and his grandchildren, Kasen, Kimora, McCrae, Ava, Hudson, Jeremy and Briggston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
