She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kapchinski and Carrie Kapchinski; her husband Steve Gurka, Sr.; and her sons, Randy Gurka and Rickey Gurka.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Gurka, Jr. (Linda), Danny Gurka (Marla) and Judy LeFlore (Jimmy); her siblings, Max Kapchinski (Barbara) and Angelean Tomczak; her sister-in-law Delores Gurka Lane; and her grandsons, Rodney Sechelski, Tyler Gurka, Peyton LeFlore, Stephen Gurka III, Kevin Gurka and Brian Gurka. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
