He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia (Bates) and John Kindle, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Kindle; his sons, Jamie Linton (Diane), Calvin Curley Kindle and Douglas Franklin, Jr. (Zaneta); his siblings, John Kindle, Jr. (Josie Fay) and Rosie Kindle; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Peterson, Gail Johnson (Wheeler), Vernice Kindle and Carl Rogers, Jr.; and his son-in-law Christopher Curry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a great number of friends.
