He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Morales and Rosa Ydalia Ureña; his brothers, Luis Morales and Roberto Morales; and his stepson Noah Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Vangie Morales; his daughters, Nina Cottrell (Jamaal) of Castroville, Sandra Alfaro (Rolando) of Silver Spring and Monica Morales of San Antonio; his stepchildren, Vanessa Hoover of Natalia, Delbert Hoover, Jr. of Natalia and Anahi Hoover of Natalia; his grandchildren, Angelo N. Alfaro, Jamaal A. Cottrell, Jr., Jonathan E. Alfaro, Jazlyn A. Cottrell and Justin R. Cottrell; his stepgrandchildren, Evalyn Valera, Jaide Hoover, Gabriella Hoover and Julian Hoover; and his siblings, Rosalind Morales, Rakeell Morales, Reyna Morales, Raul Morales (Deborah) and Hermano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
