He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin Zinsmeyer and Irene Theresa Schmidt Zinsmeyer; his children, Sean Alexander Moore Zinsmeyer, Shane Michael Zinsmeyer, Seth Zinsmeyer and Kaywanna Fawn Brown; his siblings, Marilyn Grace Zinsmeyer, Carolyn Mary Kowalik Dillon and Emil Zinsmeyer; and his sister-in-law Jo Ann Koch Zinsmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Margarita "Margie" Caseres Zinsmeyer of Natalia; his children, Rebecca Ann Grace, Jamie Rasbury (Casey) of Mathis, Marvin Zinsmeyer, Jr. (Sonya) of Aransas Pass, Brittainie Zinsmeyer (Buck Wallace) of Houston, Paulette Yracheta-Marazzini (Josh) of San Antonio and Krystle Regalado-Gutierrez (Robert) of Castroville; his grandchildren, Trevor, Troy Grace, Ryan, Peyton Rasbury of Mathis, Jacqueline and Karl Kennedy, III of Castroville; and his brothers, Melvin W. Zinsmeyer of Castroville and Mervin Zinsmeyer (Deborah) of Yorktown, Virginia. He is also survived by several in-laws; and numerous nieces and nephews.
