He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis Moutz and Madora Michelle Moutz; his wife Bobbie Moutz; his daughter Nicole Garcia (Scott); his grandchildren, Anthony Moutz, Eli Garcia, Logan Garcia, Evan Garcia, Tyler Moutz, Cooper Moutz and Charlotte Moutz; and his siblings, Martha Bryant (David) and Donnie Moutz (Gail).
