He is survived by: his wife Shawn Shipp Smith of Nash, TX; his daughters, Shelley Smith Ferrell of Texarkana, AR, Angela Marie Smith Proctor (Richard) of Hockley, TX, Maggie Elaine Smith of Dallas, TX and Toni Smith Norton (Eric) of Atlanta, TX; and his grandchildren, K. J. Ferrell, AnMarie Proctor, William Proctor, Colten Crysel, Hannah Crysel, Brock Norton and Kaylee Norton.
A reception will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Funeral Home-Moores Lane (2807 Moores Ln, Texarkana, TX 75503).
