He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Dee Avery and Bobbie Jean Jones; and his former wife Sharron Avery. He is survived by: his wife Laurlyn Avery of Texarkana; his sons, Kevin Avery (Heather) of Texarkana, Johnathon Loris (Amanda), Brandon Loris (Brittney) of Ashdown, Josh Snow (Courtney) of Queen City and Kyle Snow (Lisa) of Queen City, Texas; and his siblings, Kerry Avery of Marshall, Texas and Cheryl Kay Cox (Frank) of College Station, Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
