Though JoAnn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those JoAnn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Rita Kunze; and her grandmother Edna Kunze. She is survived by: her partner Glen Furlow; her daughters, Terri (Jim McFadden) of Ashdown, AR and Jana (Yancy Tipton) of Texarkana, AR; and her grandchildren, Larrisa (Coby Surber), Jimmy (Amber McFadden), Cody (Brinkley McFadden), T. J. (Katrina Caler), Catey Rogers of Texarkana, AR and Anakin Tipton of Texarkana, AR. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
