He is survived by: his wife Pat Barnes of Texarkana; his children, Steve Barnes of Texarkana, Barry (Mitzi Barnes), Danny (Jennifer Barnes) and Merrilyn Gay Cauley (Pat) of Texarkana; and his sister Evelyn McGee of Texarkana. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
