It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis J. Waters of Nash, Texas, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel and Mary Ellen Young Waters; his daughter Anna Waters; and his siblings, James Waters and June Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Waters of Nash, Texas; his children, Jennifer Shelton (Rich) of Plano, Texas and Andy Waters (Lisa) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Ava Jane, Noah Shelton and Brooke Dilley (Josh). He is also survived by two great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
