He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Martindale of Houston, Texas and Joshua Martindale of Texarkana, Texas; his mother Pearl Martindale of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sister Abbie; his brother-in-law Pat Gill of Texarkana, Texas; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Jodi; his close friend Susan Martindale of Nash, Texas; his niece Ashley Harvey; and his nephews, Josh Gill, Ty Martindale and Drew Martindale.
