He is survived by: his parent Robin Lewis; his siblings, Billy Fetner and Ashley Hinds (Michael Chambless, Jr.); his nieces and nephews, Cadence West and Ryleigh West; his parent Aaryn Smith; his nieces and nephews, Lyrix, Daegan, Noah, Huntyr and Pheonyx; his aunts and uncles, Frank Ehrhorn, Tad Tholl, Laura Wood, Cheryl Coopwood and Lisa Dastillon; and also, Kirsten West and Asher West.
