He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Gordon and Bonnie Vey Hughes (Middlebrooks); and his children, Barry Ray Hughes and Lee Ann Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lee Hughes; his daughter-in-law Caroline Corbin Hughes of Texarkana; his grandson Cody Barrett Hughes (Lora); his great grandchildren, Barrett Reed and Rece Ellen of Bentonville; his grandson Cale Bryant; and his sister-in-law Glenda Lee of Granbury. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
