He is survived by: his parents, Clarence William Hayes of Mesquite, Texas and Cynthia Louise Abston Hayes of Naples; his sons, Austin Tucker of Ft. Polk and Wyatt Tucker of Naples; and his brothers, Rodney Hayes of Mesquite and Kevin Hayes of Rocky Branch, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
