We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2020, at the age of 60, Ray Baxter of Naples, Texas, born in Simms, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory, Sr. Swafford and Wanda Swafford; and his brother John Swafford. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Kight of Naples; his daughters, Candace (Abel Chavez), Toy Baxter of Mt. Pleasant, Amanda Baxter and Chelsea Baxter of Texarkana, Arkansas; his brother Emory Swafford, Jr.; his granddaughter Sofia Chavez; and his nephew Chance Swafford. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
