He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Wilson Thornburgh and Elnora Beatrice Sharp Thornburgh; his sister Rita; and his brother-in-law Jack Peddy. He is survived by: his wife Susan Thornburgh of Naples; his children, Gayla (Jack Golden), Laurie (Art Cantu) and Tim; his daughter-in-law Jessica Thornburgh of Naples; and his grandchildren, Lucas Golden, Andrew Golden, Nicholas Golden, Grayson Cantu, Gabriel Cantu, Glory Cantu, Libby Thornburgh, Reed Thornburgh, Lauren Jones (Curt) and Jack Morris.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
