He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Fairbanks West and Ernestine Vivian Tenbrook West. He is survived by: his wife Melissa West of Naples; his sons, Corey Rutherford of Foreman and Daniel Rutherford of Naples; and his siblings, David West of Ector, Texas and Jaquita Skidmore of Ector. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
