He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fletcher Cook and Susie Ann Shew Cook; and his siblings, James "Bully" Cook, Glen "Cotton" Cook, JT Cook, Bessie Surratt and Minnie Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Hope Cook of Naples; his daughters, Donna (Joel Robertson) and Kellie Cook of Marietta; his sister Mildred McDuffie of Linden, Texas; his grandchildren, Katelynn May (Aaron), Tyler Robertson (Phoebe), Cooper Wise and Seth Wise; and his great grandchildren, Kanon Stafford, Hunter Robertson, Gunner Robertson and Ruger Robertson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Cemetery Fund.
