He is survived by: his wife Darla Ragland of Naples; his parents, Glen Ragland and Wanda Ragland of Naples; his son Matt Ragland; his daughter-in-law Dee Ragland of Ashdown, Arkansas; his daughter Jessica Ragland of Naples; his brother Alan Ragland; his siblings-in-law, Jan Ragland of Naples and Loyd Davlin of Bryans Mill; and his grandchildren, Millie Ragland, Miles Ragland, Stephanie Hooton (Landon) and Clayton Vissering. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Daniels Chapel Congregational Methodist Church.
