He is survived by: his wife Martha Lee Dillon Russell; his sons, Richard Wayne Russell (Janet) of Nacogdoches, Jimmy Carl Russell (Kimberly) of Nacogdoches and Carl Wayne Russell (Jill) of Mt. Enterprise; his grandchildren, James Carl Russell, Justin Caleb Russell, James Allen Randall, David Blaine Randall, Erick Wayne Russell, Amy Lee Russell Swann and Carlton Cole Russell; his sister JoAnn Trotter Rhodes (Bill); and his nephew Homer Eugene Trotter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
