He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Fae Rice (Langford) of Nacogdoches and Oran Glynn Rice; and his sister Evonne Rice. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rice of Garrison, Texas; his sons, Scott (Ashley Rice) of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and David (Julie Rice) of Garrison, Texas; his granddaughters, Payton, Abigail and Madalyn Rice; and his siblings, Judy (Rayburn Waggoner) and Jerry (Kelly Rice).
