We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2024, Rosemarie Stroud of Nacogdoches, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Iost and Lina Iost; her husband John David Stroud Sr.; her stepsister Lotte Krodel; and also John David Stroud Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Hank (Katherine Sherrill), Vernon (Carolyn Watts), Martin (Cathy Stroud), Thomas (Vanessa Stroud), Shirley Stroud of Richardson, Texas and James (Arianne Stroud); her grandchildren, Sarah, Lindsey, Jonathan, Cory, Kayla, Rachel, Erin, Jessica, Corrinn, Lina, Sean, Kayleigh and Olivia; her daughter Marian Main of Richardson; and her brother-in-law Willis Stroud (Cherry) of Calhoun City, Mississippi.. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Rose's honor to: Westside Missionary Baptist Church at 3109 Durst Street, Nacogdoches, Texas 75964.
