It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Regina Beber of Nacogdoches, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Charles Beber; her mother Hazel Owings; her siblings, Billy Ray and Janie Novak; and her daughters, Marguerite Jackson and Rita Lorio.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles Carl Beber (Linda) of Hot Springs, AR and Frank Alfred Beber (Sharon) of Biloxi, MS. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
