He was predeceased by: his parents, Athene Allen McMullen and Ruby Jewell McMullen (Jones); his wife Jeanean McMullen; his daughter Pamela Stubblefield; his siblings, Billy McMullen, Jerry McMullen and Tinkie Andrews; and his sons-in-law, John Lambert and Eddie Goss.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Lambert of Houston, TX, Terri Goss of Nogalus Prairie, TX, Gail McMullen of Lufkin, TX, Allen McMullen of Campbellsville, KY, Roger McMullen of Nacogdoches, TX and Christel; his son-in-law Shilpan Patel of Shreveport, LA; and his brother-in-law Cootsie (John Williamson). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gann Cemetery (161 Gann Cemetary Rd, Pollok, TX 75969).
