She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Sowell and Clarice Murray; her son Joey Anthony; her siblings, Doug, Donald Sowell and Jackie Sowell Vrazel; her half-brother Johnny Holloway; and her close friend Joy Rains.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Becky Anthony), Greg (Leah Anthony) and Missy (Chris Thomas); her grandchildren, Allen (Becca Anthony), Justin (Kellie Anthony), Levii (Anthony), Cody (Megan Anthony), Blake (Beth Stanaland), Tyler Anthony, Ryan (Jessica Thomas) and Shandi (Lance White); and her great grandchildren, Allie, Tenslee, Emma, Harper, Robby, Mallory, Everly, Jojo, Cooper and Kinley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice Shop in Nacogdoches, an organization Mamie strongly supported.
