It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Fountain of Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Johnny Parker (Glenda); her husband Granvil Terry Fountain; her father James Nelson; and her brother James Gipson. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fountain Shinn, Terry Fountain (Kea), Jesse Fountain (Theresa) and Jeremy Fountain (Britni); her grandchildren, Christina Lakey (Ryan), Amber Jackson (Gary), Blake Fountain, Savannah Davis (Kyle), Corey Fountain, Rebecca Sands (Bailey), Brylee Phillips, Trevor Fountain, Cayson Bendy, Braxyn Bendy, Isaiah Watts and Kristina Watts; her great grandchildren, Khyleigh, Kaden, Karter, Haven and Alexandria; her half-sister Sherry Blevins; her siblings-in-law, Billie Jacobs, Polly Rutherford, Doris Fountain, William Havard and Jerry Fountain (Ruth); and her mother Edna Faye Henderson Parker.
