He is survived by: his wife Dr. Patsy Hallman; his children, Karen Gilbreath (Paul) of Gulf Breeze, Adaire Springs (Todd) of Bethleham, Dave Spurrier of Longview and Bethany Spurrier of Houston, Texas; his daughter-in-law Lee Hallman of Springfield, Illinois; his son Igor Gusyakov (Margie) of Lumberton, Texas.; his grandchildren, Scott Gilbreath, Margaret Gilbreath, Michael Spurrier, Katherine Spurrier, Alexandra Hallman, Bryan Gusyakov and Vera Gusyakov; and his caregivers, Leon, Sharon, Tammy, Sabrina, Virginia, Rose, Robin, Jay, Tonya, Effie, Beverly and Gina Olvera.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Dwayne Hallman Memorial Scholarship Fund supporting freshman accounting students at Stephen F. Austin State University.
