She was predeceased by: her father Lindon Lampin; and her parents-in-law, Clarence and Doretha Chandler. She is survived by: her mother Mary Muckleroy Lampin of Nacogdoches; her husband Clark; her daughters, Kaylyn Moody (Brad) of Nacogdoches and Madalyn Martin (Sam) of Chireno; her grandchildren, Macy Moody, Gracie Moody, Brayden Moody and Averie Martin; her sister Patricia Cox (Kevin) of Nacogdoches; her nephew Landon Lowery (Karlie); her great-niece Kyndal of Nacogdoches; and her brother-in-law Chris Chandler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the scholarship fund in Karen's name at Woden ISD.
